James , the photographer, was a great guy. His work definitely show cases our home. With excellent added photos, to highlight areas of the home, help make the pictures live. He also took a couple of our Wire haired fox terrier, which was an added bonus, and she loved the shoot, proper diva. Thank you

Elliot and the team took over my house sale after 8 weeks of trying to sell it with a different agent. The service was fantastic, the content created by James was incredible and far better than anything I expected, after the first sale fell through due to a time waster buyer, the team got to work quickly getting me back on the market and targeting previous clients who had shown interest for viewings. Several viewings followed quickly resulting in a buyer offering asking price which was a massive relief. Once the offer was accepted communication and service was excellent, Marcus in particular went above and beyond to ensure that all parties in the chain were kept up to date with progress, as well as chasing up respective agents, legals and vendors to keep the process moving smoothly. Marcus was great to deal with, handled any potential snags well and was the main orchestrator in not only my sale but the other deals in the chain and if it wasn't for him I believe the sale would have taken several months longer than it did. I cannot recommend Harris and Wood highly enough. After a terrible experience with another estate agent, we turned to Harris and Wood and were immediately impressed by Alfie's genuine attitude and care. He was excellent and trustworthy. We then had the pleasure of working with Jorja, who kept us regularly updated with suggestions and progress reports. Our house was sold within six weeks, compared to not selling in twelve weeks with the previous agent. The price we achieved was consistent with Alfie's initial valuation. While the sale process through the solicitors was stressful (not Harris and Wood's fault), Naomi was an absolute godsend and a true credit to the team. Her support made the entire process much smoother. Naomi is someone you definitely want on your side. I would never consider using a different estate agent. While I don't plan on moving again, if I ever do, Harris and Wood will be my only choice.
